Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Basic Administrator. This role will be responsible for providing general administrative support to department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with coordinating and planning
- Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Assist with basic admin tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
